The reality remains. There are clear laws printed on signs along the border at 50ft intervals in Spanish and English. There are walls, fences, and guards who are trying to protect the border. Americans have spent tax dollars on those fences, walls and Border Patrol guards. Now comes a bunch of uneducated agricultural workers and their pregnant wives jumping the borders and making a conscious decision to break our laws because their own country is so poorly run...despite being rich in resources.
You really have no argument, and your reactions are incongruous with American values. So, we are again left with the assumption that you are either a child of illegal immigrants, or have relatives who are illegal immigrants. What other reason would any American have to defend those who are breaking the laws?
Lets stay rational here.

This is the problem I have that Mexicans don't learn how to speak english! I was born here and my native tongue is english and I speak spanish. My Care taker doesn't know a word of english that is why she is a care taker making 9 dollars per hour. She should have thought to learn english to obtain a college degree and then become a doctor or lawyer or a high paying person. These people talk about us and yet they use our system.

I agree those Non-English speaking Mexicans .... Im a white guy and I mean it from the bottom of my heart when I say "I couldn't care less about a girl waving a Mexican flag". She could wave her dirty underwear for all I care, I can't believe over 2900 comments on this subject.

If you don't like the USA or the way we do things, pack your bags and get the hell out of here. If you don't want to scrub toilets for $7 an hour, remember there is someone right behind you that loves this country so much that he will not only scrub the toilets for $7 an hour, he will do it with a smile.

I'm tired of all this BS, sure they work cheaper but in the end we are paying the price with higher car, home owners, medical and just about everthing else. I'm not complaining, when I first started working I was making $7.25 hr, I now own my own business with 14 people under me. 10 out of the 14 are from South of the boader and "Thank God everyday for their jobs and the USA". One of them speaks very little english, but he works his butt off and is greatfull for what he gets paid.

Once again you have proven to me that ignorance is bliss. I honestly don't care how long you have been a member on this site, I have been posting on this site long before I became a member. Being a member means nothing why are you so geared to competing with others, we are not children anymore no need to try to be "first" at everything.

As to my argument and stance on undocumented immigration. My opinion is exactly that my opinion that is what these blog sites are for. I believe that our immigration laws need a lot of updating and change. I also believe that undocumented immigrants who are here who have never broken the law (other coming here illegaly) should be allowed to stay and continue being productive for our nation. Whether you want to admit to it or not without most of our undocumented immigrants our country would be in worse condintions then it is. If our government really wanted to do something about it they would, but guess what they know it to without them it would hurt us more than help us.
I am very much a proud American citizen and a productive one at that. I have a job, I vote and I pay taxes. I intern for a US govenment agency and will likely continue to pursue a career in our US justice system. So to question my American values is just plain stupid. Nobody in my family is undocumented so your assumptions just prove you to be an @ss. Your ignorance and aggorance is laughable.
