1 Were you even at the event? The Congresswoman spoke about the Obama administrations goals for health care reform and the current plan that is in front of Congress now. It was great insight into the happenings of what's going on in DC. It would be very easy for Rep. Richardson to run and hide and not be in the community but since being elected to Congress I have seen her more in the community than any other represenative ever! Great Job Laura! |

Californians allowed the politicians to entice illegals to the point where our Public Schools plummeted to 48th in the Nation.
Now we are thrilled to be able to screw our Parents by letting the Obama/Pelosi Syndicate begin to "ration" their Health Care. We couldn't be more pathetic. We backed the Party when it screwed our kids and now we get to back the Party as they screw our Senior Parents. Yippee. |

Harold, there's something you really need to understand. Richardson is such an ethical leper, I don't care if she was announcing a cure for cancer, she's still an embarrassment to this community. If you support her in any way shape or form, you and I, and most everyone who reads this, have nothing in common. She needs to do the righ thing, resign, and go off in a cave somewhere to eat bear excrement the rest of her life. Clear? |

Anyone who believes Medicare is successful should not be listened to. Why?
The claim that Medicare has lower administration costs is bogus; They do not administer the plan at all it simply pays any claim that comes in even one for a dead person. Billions are wasted on over payments and useless procedures like a hip replacement for someone who cannot get out of bed. People like Richardson and Schipske know nothing about health care but they act like they know everything. If they really wanted to help people without health care they would get all those eligible in to the existing programs such as Schip for kids. About one third of the uninsured are eligible for an existing program! Finally, the reason our health care costs keeping rising is that Medicare and Medicaid do NOT pay the providers enough to cover the cost of care. The providers add the excess costs to the bills of private patients; it is an indirect tax. And then the legislators in Sacramento add "mandates" that require every health insurance policy to include coverage for example for 30 chiropractic visits per year. Wham premiums go up. If you took mandates out of policies the prices would drop like rocks from the sky but the legislators will not do that because of the donations they get from the providers covered by mandates. There are easy answers to fix health care but these people will not tell you about them. |

Pray that onc of your loved ones doesn't need to go to an Emergency Room in L.A. County Hospitals.
They are packed with illegals who have been awared the taxpayer funded privilege of using it for ALL of their Health Care needs. The huge negative impact on citizen emergency care matters not to our States Pols and the touchie, feelie cowards who thought them plenty good enough. From afar is is said to be "compassion". If your family member is being harmed you may change your mind about allowing illegals to infest our State. |
