Scene opens with burning car and Elvis Presley's "In the Ghetto" playing in the background....

Ah, yes! Toss it on the fire and Lord forbid the perps be held responsible. Any area homes of businesses record that vehicle video?

How about freeway cameras near exits about the time of this occurrence? Ya, it will take a little work.

An abandoned, stolen, torched car is no news in Vallejo, this happens all the time!

Yo! Anonymous VTH Writer...whoever you are, did the VPD say there were any witnesses? How did they get notified of this blazing Ford? Were you more focused on Thanksgiving than getting the facts or were the VPD being tight-lipped about it, eh?

i would think it came in as a fire call first, then vpd found out it was stolen by running the plates after the fire was out.

Call me what you will, but this IS a recurring problem with 'Drive-by' articles from the VTH Writers Pool!!!
