Good job in catching and rounding up these professional thieves. I know what it feels like to be at work, come home and find out that your items of value have been stolen.

I know the truck. They made several attempts to steal a classic car of mine. They also had ties to a few VPO's, I don't know if those officers are still on the force but in years past they certainly had some connections to help them get a hold of some high dollar cars.

Also check E-Bay and Craigslist yourself as the police are usually to limited in man hours and resources to be able to do a lot of the leg work. A friend of mine found most of his stuff on E-Bay and was able to get the police to help him get most of the stuff back once he was able to show them the site links.

Class... this is why it would behoove you to record serial numbers, along with make and model information. File and store that information in a different area of the home.

If the Dark Side attacks your property, you now have armed yourself with the same information to complete a police report and greatly increase your chances of property recovery. Especially if law enforcement runs the numbers.

Then sue the thief for damages caused and pursue his or her raggedy tail for life in order to collect on the debt. Make their lives miserable.

Check the ex- Hells Angel prospect that lives on Howard Ave. near the end of the street on top of the hill just past Moorland St. on the west side of the street. Sketchy dude.

Pinole seems to be the place to where Car Thieves usually go to with Stolen Cars these days, whether delivering them to a Chop Shop somewhere there or being chased by local PDs or CHP. Pinole PD found my daughters Honda Accord on a Pinole side street 3 weeks after it was stolen. It was about half stripped and rendered undriveable. The Trunk had a Cardboard Box filled with different peoples opened Mail (mostly Social Security Checks and the like) from Vallejo, American Canyon, Napa and Fairfield which later turned out to be Identity Thieves operating in the East Bay.
