Just more urban blight. I guess they will board up the windows so the crap piles can paint gang signs on it. This place is getting more and more like Oakland every day. The reason the sales has dropped is because no one in their right mind would shop after dark at that store with all the crap piles hanging around outside.

The use of the "TERM" BLIghT (as you spelled it), which means "UGLY", which is the proper anology, because law enforcement is using the term "BLITE" as an escape all clause to harass property owners, who are in fact not doing anything incorrect. As example, If your hedges or trees over hang your neighbors property, your neighbor can trim the over hang, every thing which hangs over is your neighbors property. Same with your property line shared with your neighbor, THE CITY,(the City) needs top trim its hedges, not harass property owners to trim their hedges.

The City needs to take care of its own business and stay out of property owners business. Code enforcement needs to train and understand the words of the law, which are for the convience of citizens not government.
