My main concern is one of noise associated with the proposed Islamic center in San Martin. Will this center broadcast a "call to prayer?" If so, the noise associated with a loudspeaker broadcasting the call with be detrimental to the community and those individuals attempty to sleep at 4am. I believe that call to prayer occurs six times a day and can be as early as 3am and as late as 11pm. We need to make sure that the quiet country atmosphere of of San Martin is preserved by having the center sign a contract stating that they will not do loudspeaker broadcasts.
