Hey Ronald,
If your thought process in any kind of model, I am glad my mind has gone "rotten." |

Too bright, turn off the lights.

Ferenczy. So am I to understand that Government "medical" pot investigators are smoking brain cell killing pot into the brains of their subjects rather than injecting it? Isn't that what the "medicating" potheads are doing without any need to spend hard earned taxpayer money to produce the brain cell loss caused "stupid effect"? Ronald |

Wow, I wish I could begin to understand what you are even saying, but it is so utterly incoherent that I am just going to count this discussion as wasted time on my part. As long as alcohol remains a legal and socially acceptable, then I will support the legalization of marijuana. To not do so is extremely hypocritical of our society. |

What happened did you run out of matches?

Okay I know I said I was done but I just can't resist. The link you sent me to is the JustThinkTwice teens anti-drug website run by the DEA. The article states: "The scientific community has not approved marijuana as medicine. Many studies have been conducted to determine whether or not marijuana should be approved as a legitimate medicine. There are many rigorous and complex elements to the Government's approval of any drug that is used in medicine in this country. Should scientists conclude that marijuana should someday be considered a medicine, these same rigorous steps would need to be followed before doctors were permitted to prescribe it for their patients." Let me tell you how medicine and drugs are tested in this country and then approved. Let's talk about the rigorous elements the FDA goes through to approve new drugs. You would think that the FDA themselves tests new drugs from pharmaceutical companies right? Wrong. The FDA relies on the drug companies themselves to conduct clinical trials to see if new drugs are safe for use as medicine. The FDA only conducts test themselves on roughly 1% of of the new drugs being proposed by pharma companies. The other 99% of the time the FDA trusts the test results provided by the drug companies themselves. Major conflict of interest. Several drugs that have been approved by the FDA had to later be recalled for causing deaths in patients like Vioxx did. Sell tell me, do you swallow every tidbit that the government, FDA, and DEA sells you, or do you listen to the masses of cancer patients and sufferers of nervous system disorders who have benefited greatly from it's use. Here is a very honest, unbiased look at the subject: http://youtu.be/xONwQBRZY-I http://youtu.be/0OG9cyVDegA http://youtu.be/HadCBm9uxyE http://youtu.be/fDDRSYyo720 http://youtu.be/6v1pX6cdKlM |

frenzy is right... WTF are you actually saying?? can you form a cohearant sentence in you state of right winged hysteria?? "investigators are smoking brain cell killing pot into the brains of their subjects?? I wonder who is more f**ked up?? me or you?? since my arguements are cohearnt with full (understandable) sentences?? Id vote for me on that one. |

VOTE NO! ON CONVENIENCE STORE POT LEGISLATION
Prop 19 = "anti-Pot legi$lation" Raise taxes on Alcohol and Tobacco & legislators make a law that stops all God's universal medicines like Pot from ever appearing in a 711 store. Keep it in the medicine shelf where it belongs. Re-direct the profit motivated interests & focus on the failing Prison industrys. It's as simple as that. Prisons are for punishing real criminals & shouldn't be used for overcrowding by fabricating redundant laws.*(pot prohibition) These laws serve only to overcrowd prisons. We all know the big profits to the prison so why would we think that those who make their income and those who profit from this over-crowding is ever going to honestly vote for the so called "legalization" of Pot?*(Prop 19 has got so much prohibition attached to it) "7" years in the penetentury for the possession of just one joint? Someone please show me anytime in history or another country who's laws are so tight & they call that "legalization" ~ proposition 19? This prohibition is hiding behind the disguize of "protecting our children" more B!S! our musical hero Jerry Garcia started smoking marijuana at the age of 12.(I dont advocate smoking at any age.) Smoking isn't the only way a medicine can be used.~ Proposition 19 is Profit Motivated " anti-Pot legi$lation" Proposition 19 and the city & county legislation instigated currently by the proposed mistitled "Legalization of Marijuana" is "Anti-Pot legislation" & leads to more grief than the laws it claims to "free" the marijuana user from previous in justices.*WRONG! The principles of Municipalitys are turning back intelligence to prior ignorant postulations that were introduced to the Public by such propagandists as those liars that composed and produced the Movies and phamplets back in the 30's, designed to scare the general public into beleaving all associated with Marijuana are criminals profiting from "dirty" business, & those who patronize this "dirty" product are low life types, hence the recent city government legislation that proposes to move Medical Marijuana Dispensaries to Industrial districts & away from residential neighborhoods & other City and county Governments that pass laws requiring growers to hide their crops from view. The existing laws and supportive legislation that emphasizes criminality for exposure to children under the age of 21. It appears that most of the "anti-pot legislation" is composed by those who are far removed from any personal real knowledge or experiance with this mirical of nature given to us by God. If you "MUST!" call Marijuana a "drug" call it a "Miracle" drug that doesn't have a three to five thousand percent price increase on active ingredients as does nearly ALL the phoney very dangerous drugs endorsed for public use by the "FDA". Stop putting your faith in the Quack! Medical system that's been ripping off people all it's years of pushing chemicals ". ~ Don't fear the high prices demanded by the growers & distributes of Marijuana, however with a little comparative investigation will reveal that the established drug industry has been criminally exploiting the public for more years than anyone has been alive. No one was ever over charged for Marijuana. Not even the gangs & pushers ever did in the days of years past or even with todays high distribution costs, no one can show me a 5000 % markup on anything to do with Marijuana. I challenge the Marijuana opponents to show me how for instance what *Valporic acid costs the patient? & just "WTF" is Valporic acid suppose to do for anyone but the company that produced it and sold it. It IS the most misprescribed drug on the market being sold to victims by thousands of doctors who issued it to unsuspecting patients. The phoney legislative attempts to solve healthcare problems STILL, after all these years of public knowledge of heavy drug explotation have done nothing at all to reduce the unjustified high cost of drugs. |

he obviuosly wont veiw these videos.....he is one of those recalcitrant types that JUST WONT listen to anybdy but his beloved faux news.....or any other lunatic asylum news outlet that conforms to his veiws. people OD and are killed by their meds(without Od-ing) every damn day......alcohol kills thousands on the road each year, not to mention by way of organ failure. and this FOOL thinks the DEA and FDA are there for the sake of public saftey??? they are there to provide legal and political cover for drug makers(who advertise their dangerous wares all evening long on cable TV) when THEY KILL PEOPLE with their products... the statistics for weed deaths are to few and far between to even publich stistics on....... Tobacco on the other hand??? I could go on and on...... pot prohibition has not ONE thing to do with public saftey.... if it did??? then alcohol would be highly illegal. we tried prohibition of alcohol for about a decade.....it didnt work any better than 75 years of pot prohibition has. weed is now at a all time "high" in popularity.... |

This is more a personal quibble of mine, but why do you hate freedom?
Why do you hate the fact that other people want a chance to live their lives and be happy, even though they may believe in something different than you, or act different than you? How does gay marriage, in any way shape or form, affect your life?" |
|
Alrighty then, but just remember that Obama campaigned on the promise to leave pot shops alone if they followed state law. However, in the last four years under Obama, we've seen more dispensaries raided than in eight years under Bush! Those facts are out there, if you know where to look! |
|
It doesn't affect me, how would 2 guys that want to marry each other affect my own hetero-marriage? It wouldn't, it doesn't, it can't!, and it's a silly argument to begin with! These wedge issues are brought to a boil in every election year to keep us, the blind sheep, distracted from the main issues that our country faces. Divide and conquer is their game, and it seems to work very well when we let it! |

you are a example of a cop who's authority has gone to his head. Think of the many things you do or have done that would put you in jail. But your type is typical in any position of authority. Your just another asshole and nothing more or less. |
he didnt really "campaign" on that, but he did SAY that in 09' when president. then he realized how close the election would be and one of his advisers came up with a brilliant plan to subjegate an entire states medical marijuana patient population to oppressive measures, like the current crack down on cultivation and dispensation.... I realize the nuance(youd call it a hypocracy) but romney wont be EVEN saying anything positive about patients, as he(like many pols in both parties) is still the "hate hate" mind set when it comes to medicine you can grow in your yard. Ill remind you that california was in tha bag for Obama automatically, so he can get away with this without it EVER being a campaign liability. sneaky....but hell get his on this subject. he is after all the first president who actually sold weed. clinton was the first to inhale. if ron paul had won the nomination this would be a difefent debate wed be having.....but he didnt. and that leads to my final point. unlike the republicans who automatically vote their own self interest?? I vote for the greater good. Obamas economic plan is much more palatable whan romneys. the romney ryan plan(or should I say ryan /romney) is like any other jobs proposal that republicans have proposed since taking over congress two years ago. tax cuts for the wealthy on the backs of the middle class..... and less regulation for all you corporations..... and a huge NEW dose of regulation for everybody else(esp women) |
|
since getting caught with less than an ounce is a $100 infraction.....I wouldnt worry at least here in the golden state. |
|
I agree, to me gay marriage is a civil rights issue, not a moral one..... but the unevolved dont believe in evolution...... so why would they swallow this concept??? at anyone time there are people who are generations ahead of their time.....and people who are generations behind their time. like ronald and the catholic church. |
|
sdmcman. I understand where you are coming from. The problem of not imprisoning brain addled zonked out potheads for possession of "the Devil's weed" is that, more often as not, they go on to commit even more serious crimes. Here is a link to the sad story of a "typical American family", telling of their downward spiral into the fiery pits of Hell after spending their last taxpayer funded $Dollar on "drug paraphernalia" that is commonly used to smoke mind rotting pot.
