Billy, Hubby and I have looked high and low around Leona, I-45, OSR, etc and found nothing but some giant mounds of something covered with white tarp materials. Is that the location? If not, can you let me know where it is and how or if any progress is being made on the plant. Thanks.

the plant is still waiting for funding from private sector. This has absolutely nothing to do with "obama". Another redneck angry his vote didnt go to the winner.

No John from what we understand the man backing the plant has the money. Just waiting on the EPA and Gov. To get out of the way. Plus name me one thing that obama has done that worked.
