Party bus shooter receives 25-year sentence
After finding Rogelio Alaniz Jr. guilty on three counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, a Hays County jury ordered Alaniz to serve 25 years in prison on each charge.

How stupid, he took off in a vehicle that was seen by several witnesses...
1: Never use your own vehicle or a rented one. Always use a stolen one.
2: Never go home after committing a crime, it's the first place the police will look, and besides as in this case, the police were notified and were made aware of the vehicle description.
3: Lay low until you can catch a bus, train or plane out of town or out of the country. Never look back, it's a bad habit that can get you caught or killed.
