San Leandro approves plan to move toward marina development

After scores of public meetings and what officials called "the longest process in recent history," the City Council has approved entering a negotiating agreement with a developer that puts 40 acres of the marina on track for a large mixed-use development.
These Housing units that they are planning to build in the Marina area along with the restaurants & community center. Are they going to have any session 8 housing?
Hope Not. Or there's goes the Marina down the dumps.
