20 years old and only 2 children? I wonder if she had other children that the police didn't find. Better check the welfare records.

What is even worse is that the system will give these kids back to the parents.... Give me a break.

Wow that's nice plainsane. Because the parents are not doing their duty resposibly, you think it would have been all better if those children were dead? Pro-choice people are twisted.

The right thing is being done. Let us hope a loving people come forward to take care of these children instead of wishing them into a waste bin.

That's right, blaim the Pope and the Right Wing nut jobs for the fact that these (unmarried) creatures made a conscious decision to do the nasty without a rubber or using a pill.
ADULT personal responsibility is at issue here, not religion or politics.
Too bad they no longer teach personal responsibility either at home or in classrooms, because it wouldn't allow the little darlings to "express themselves freely".
Thank you, Dr. Benjamin Spock; no wonder your own son shot himself.

Well the Pope does not advocate birth control... So, no it's not his fault that they chose to have unprotected sex, but seeing as he is an authority figure to millions of people don't you think it would make a difference if he advocated safe sex rather than demonizing it?

And to you, HUH: I think the point was that if they aren't able to care for children, maybe they shouldn't have had them in the first place. The last thing the world needs is more people, so if you don't want a fetus to die, how bout you off yourself to make more room for the children.

Hey Realist: The point he was making was that the kids should have been aborted. So are you asking me to die in their place or are you wishing that the parents were dead. Either way that's pretty sick.

Isn't it great that Hey Realist has the decision making ability to conclude that we have excess people and they should just die. The dictatorial mindset is very seductive.

Hello,
Child rearing and education is very important.Ive seen CPS take children from mothers that needed it and moms who fought to get there kids back and now are doing well. So teach a parent to be responsible caring and loving for the family.Somebody paid to get them out how about they get them help too.

A friend, neighbor or family member must have made a call to the authorities. Good thing someone had the poor little kids interest at heart....Obviously their own parents didn't. Hope they steralize both of the selfish, irresponsible parents!

So 6+ BILLION people (and climbing fast) is an acceptable population level? This number of people is placing no strain on the environment and is not past the natural carrying capacity of the planet? At what population level do you think even the aid of technology and automation will not be enough to provide food for all these people?

It would be nice if people were able to quell the need to over-reproduce for their own genetic vanity and possibly think of the impact of their decisions on the world as a whole. It would also be nice if people with no interest in or ability to care for and raise children would not have children so we would stop creating the next round of people unable to contribute in a meaningful way to society.

You completely twisted any sense out of what was said earlier.. I guess your just looking for an argument.. talk about sick! And yes, we are overpopulated. Does that mean YOU should die? Um, no. But it does mean that people should take an extra minute before deciding to be the next CPS case. Get real please. Like, seriously. Get real.

The movie Parenthood said it best: "You need a license to buy a dog, to drive a car - hell, you even need a license to catch a fish. But they'll let any butt-reaming a-hole be a father."

Well, he advocates abstaining from sex outside of marrage in the first place, right? Chances are kinda astronomical that since they don't listen to his admonishment of unmarried sex, what makes you think they'll care what he says about "safe sex"?

"Butt-reaming" doesn't produce a pregnancy. Diarrhea probably, but pregnancy? Back to 5th grade sex ed class with YOU, Adoptive Parent.
And really, quit trying to learn philosophy from Hollywierd movies.

you are right as long as the children remain in the county. If you want to take them away from the county of S.C. the powers that be would rather keep the children on welfare and with dope fiends.

Um, sorry to burst your happy christian bubble, but CPS DOES NOT WORK. I had to call numerous times while I was a teacher and they do nothing. The child 99.9% ALWAYS returns to the parent, even a molester. Sad.
