The special interest groups are waiting for Jerry Brown to return to office. He will see to the building of the peripheral canal. Something he could not do in his first administration. This will serve to harm the Sacramento Valley as well as the delta, but thats ok. He will just have it condemed and turn it into a wetlands park.

Kick everyone out of delta and return it to a big wetland. Reduce the fertilizers, pesticides, and oil from machines that pours into the Delta.

the Delta will kick out everyone on its own. Place is a giant bathtub with islands below sea level. Just wait for a big storm and it all turns into Frank's Tract. What you going to do there?
