Feliz Ano Nuevo 2013: Ring in the New Year, Tijuana-Style

Dec 27, 2012 | Posted by: roboblogger | Full story: OC Weekly

Let's face it-- New Year's Eve is a rip-off. It's a night of price-gouging and impossible missions to make it safely back home, at least without having to pay for an expensive limo service.

I think one needs more than $100 for two people if they are going to any of those places listed on that blog. And you don't mention anything about driving around TJ with all the drunks.

Forget about the drunks. What about the drug lords looking to steal the cash in your pocket and have their way with your dolled up girl before they behead both of you? I'll celebrate on the US side, at least I'll be able to see another effed up year.

Well provided someone doesn't shoot up a school or mall before the end of the year or someone doesn't try to commit suicide on a San Diego freeway. Funny how people in the U.S. forget about the crime and dysfunctional society and think everything is so great. There are plenty of drunks in California which is why the police are always out in force looking for DUIs. But, oh, I forgot, that doesn't happen in the U.S.....right. And talk about robbery...what all those entertainment venues and bars charge in most U.S. cities IS highway robbery!
