Stop doing plans for downtown. The ownership, not the city is failing downtown. It was has several plans done--all failures
The Gateway Area on the other hand is the future--if planned and positioned for it--especially if Hwy 79 and MCP ever get going.
Recession won't last forever -- best time to plan is NOW
