This actually happened to my neighbors wife. It happened about a month ago on girard and shellie. a black male was crossing the street slowly, when my neighbors wife slowed down Another black male jumped from the bushes and attempted to enter the vehicle. Luckily her door was locked. She then went home and told her husband and i. Me and her husband then went back and actually found one guy still hiding in a bush and chased him over fences and down streets. He got away but dropped a back pack containing porno magazines, dvd's and vibrators. Riverside county sheriffs responded and said it was not a crime to attempt to enter a vehicle and since there was no threat made and they did not show a weapon there was nothing they could do about the incident but did find the man amd arrested him on warrants for robbery.
Thanks to you and her husband, one pervert was taken off the streets. Thank you!

So I guess if they don't steal our vibrators everything is o.k? Good to know-tks.

Hi I am the neighbor! This was extremely scary, especially since I had two had all children in the car! After taking 17 minutes after I called 911 for the sheriffs to arrive! My husband had found him within a 3 minute time frame... And the police said they were down the street! 17 minuets later... They were actually down the street! Police said even though they were obviously working as a team and were trying to get into my car, it wasn't a crime!! Even if they would of entered my vehicle, unless they said im here to rob you, no crime would be committed! I live less then a few blocks away from the perpetrators residence and I see him often!
The worst part about it was not the person trying to get into the car, the worst part is being helpless to do anything about it, even when i know who did it, could identify them and know where they live!!! And god help us if a crime gets committed.... Hopefully we will be alive 17 min. Later!

I really hope that someone doesn't have to get raped and murdered for the police to think it's a crime!

Wow!
I just visited the Hemet Topix forum EXACTLY to make a post about the SAME issue!
A family member brought this matter up to me on Wednesday, saying they heard that a black male would stand in front of a woman's car and then, after the woman stopped so as to not run him over, another black male would run up to the car door from a hiding place and try to open the door. The also heard that at least one woman whose car was stopped this way was robbed and raped by the two males after the second one was able to open the car door.
Now, the very next day I had an opportunity to "shoot the breeze" with a member of law enforcement in Riverside County (not Hemet PD)and, since the story related to me by a family member was still very fresh in my mind, I mentioned it to him. I was shocked when he replied by saying, "Hey, my wife was telling me about that this morning ..."!
Where did the initial report about this come from? I checked Facebook and didn't see any mention of it, but may have missed it because of course I could not check the Facebook page of every Hemet resident who has one.
I tend to think that this scary crime really IS happening but is being COVERED-UP by the extremely liberal, "politically-correct " Press-Enterprise newspaper as well as local police.
By the way, another thing that makes me take these reports seriously is that I know from an impeccable source that about a year ago a female employee of one of the newer well-known restaurant chains on Florida Avenue was abducted by hispanics, driven to Mexico, sexually assaulted and left on the side of a road. Fortunately, she survived the ordeal and made it back to the U.S. alive. This incident was HIDDEN from the people of Hemet.
Well this happened to me and the police said they haven't heard of this happening before my case! I am unincorporated hemet, so we get the sheriff department. I have gone down and made additional complaints, since they were not able to help me... Nothing ever came of it. I called local papers and they seem to think it wasn't a good enough story to publish. Luckily i have tons of friends and family members that has spread the word thanks to Facebook and word of mouth. I'll be in random places and people will tell me about this story, describe the two men I saw and where it happened! It feels good to know that even though the law couldn't do anything .... I could!

I live in the county, too, and unless you are Mexican, the deputies don't give a shit about you.

Yep. That 'la raza' bullshit runs deep. And if the suspect was Mexican, they might give YOU a hard time for calling them out there to do their f-ing jobs!

Well I thought that if you thought your life was in peril, that is an actionable offence? That you could protect yourself...I really don't understand this.

We are witnessing a firestorm of crimes being perpetrated by negroes on innocent law abiding citizens of Hemet. Politically correct politicians don't know what the fuck to do to put a stop to this crime wave. Those of us who lived here before this shit started know who is responsible. It is liberal, politically correct politicians who don't have the cajones to even speak up against this crime wave, let alone stop it. Frankly I don't have any answers anymore. I plan on leaving this shithole, thanks to gutless lowlife politicians who love congratulating themselves on a job well done. At the very minimum, these dolts should have been voted out of office or recalled LONG AGO. WHAT THE HELL IS THE MATTER WITH THE CITIZENS OF HEMET? Don't you see how these liberals have destroyed your quality of life? Don't you even want to get even? Best punishmebnt is to take away their paychecks by giving them the boot and running them out of town on a rail and fast.

Amen.

Anyone with any sense knows what the writer posted above is true. The problem is that there are so many utterly clueless types conditioned by the media and "political correctness" (which is essentially Cultural Marxism) that nothing will change until the brain-dead re-awaken to reality.

What would help is not have a Marxist for a president. Instead of lifting everybody up, we are ALL being drug down. Soon we will all be living in a third world country, not just poor little ole' Hemet.

Oh come on ... IF this was happening, these woman are NOT calling the POLICE? They are just going home telling others? How the heck do you expect the police to catch them, IF these woman do NOT report it? I mean IF it is happening, in the area people are reporting, WHY not put UP a "sting operation" and catch them???

I KEEP saying over and OVER, get rid of Section 8 in the valley ...and YOU will get rid of the black people here.

IT is NOT the law enforcement fault ...some ONE needs to be breathing hot and heavy down Riverside COUNTIES throat.

They HAVE reported. Read a couple of posts above mine....police said a person coming up and trying to open your car door is not a crime. I just think that was just some lazy, misogynic cop.

Did you get the name or badge # of the cop who made that outlandish claim ("It's not illegal for someone to come up and try to open your car door")? Sounds like attempted car theft and/or carjacking to me!
