Wow,$58,000 grant for an anti-DUI program? I thought that anti-DUI was already part of the police job! Why is a grant needed to do work that they already get paid for? Can anyone spell taxpayer R-I-P--O-F-F!

How about a grant aimed at a program to teach them some honesty. Now that would be money well spent.
