I am a victim of Mr. Raincloud's business. I was a customer of his cigarette business and he continued to charge my account after the ATF raided his business. Mr. Raincloud has yet to refund my money or send the product. I have tried to contact him numerous times through various methods with no success.
My suggestion is to file a complaint with the Attorney General's office in New Mexico and with the SEC. |

cigarettes are bad for you mijo mr raincloud did you a favor. now you have less dinero to spend on your bad habit. |

Rainbird has a new scam....taking the account numbers off of former customer's checks and withdrawing 4 and 5 times in a single day. He has extorted over $1000 in the past two days from me and several other people. It's no longer about not not sending orders of cigarettes....now its a criminal offense. Anyone who is a victim of this man, file with the AG's office of NM. |

Interesting. If a business deposits a check, the business does not get that check back. I'm wondering how the Lt. Governor would re-deposit that check multiple times. Was there some sort of automatic purchase using PayPal or some other electronic means? The article states "Schoenburg said ATF agents this week seized all the cigarettes and computers at the Silvercloud Smokeshop, which essentially closed the business." I wonder how that information would have been kept anywhere else & accessable from anywhere else other than the computers siezed by the ATF. Definately an odd situation. |

It is digital, Oyegi. You copy it to another computer. Or it could have been hacked.

Looks like the white collar crimes folks have some work cut out for them. |

The more research I do today, the more I am starting to think that someone may have hacked Silver Clouds account. If not there are hundreds of thousands of accounts charged in the last several days.

hey, it is RainBird i can show you where he Lives. but, he is Safley Living on a Soveriegn Nation's Property. San Ildefonso. |

The ACH accounting company that he is using to access accounts, however, is not. Fraud is a crime, not matter where you live. |
||||
Try his office . It is listed on the web under San Ildefonso Pueblo, Santa Fe, NM. |

Please if you are a victim contact legal sources. Bashing people will not accomplish anything. We are talking many thousands of people who woke up this week to numerous withdrawls from their accounts. Mine 7 charges over $500 total. To make matters worse most banks are not giving the money back until investigations are complete.
