Okay, let me get this straight. This skank cheats on her husband for years, he ends up dead, she carries on with the affair, and then I'm supposed to believe she didn't know her lover had anything to do with it or that she herself didn't have anything to do with it? NEVER!!! Give them both the death penalty.

Birds of a feather...

There wasn't enough evidence to convict that man. Why give the death penalty to a man who was found guilty without any proof. That's horrible to say. Maybe he did it, I don't know that, but no one convicted me of his guilt.

Mr. kulcsar was having affair and washed his pants...what else was there? Sounds like they were at his house shortly after the murder. Did mr kulcsar have time to dispose of the knife, drive home, take a shower. Wash his clothes etc? The knife had to be blood soaked yet there was no blood in the car.

If this is all they have there is a plethora of reasonable doubt. Anyone who supports this "justice" would sing a different tune if they were in kulcsar's shoes. Strangers kill strangers without motive every day. Did they ever investigate any other possibility?

Millions of Americans have affairs, even more take showers in the morning. If you are doing laundry when someone you dislike is murdered, you best remember why you went to your brothers house 26 years ago.

I was Yanos's service manager at the time of this horrible incident. No one questioned me about anything. What kind of investigation is that. I know that a crime of passion is one thing, but he sure didn't fit the character pattern of someone who would plan a murder.

But, when she saw the blood, she told her son about Kulcsar: "I'm sorry ... I can't believe he did it." Of course Kulcsar did it, why do you think her first thought was the above quote. He probably told her many times he was going to do it.

There was no physical evidence in this case. When somebody gets stabbed at close range there should be blood everywhere. Not one drop was found in his clothes, car, anywhere? Also there was a small detail nobody knows about, the Husband never left the house at that time in the morning, he always left later except for that day. Who are the only people that would know this? The wife and the son lived there...

I could not believe that Janos was convicted. What about Janos' defense attorney? The DNA under Archie's fingernails wasn't Janos'. There was no blood found in his car. There was no bloody clothing. There were no bruises or evidence on Janos to indicate a struggle. The prosecution had nothing but hearsay. This case isn't right. Service Manager and George pointed out that the investigation into this murder was done poorly. Did anyone give the wife a lie detector test? I heard one of the juror's say that no one else could have done it. Really. There are no instances where a wife hires a hit man to kill her husband? Get real.
George, how do you know that it was unusual for Archie to leave the house so early? The son knew he was leaving and must have known why, but never said. Can you post the reason he was outside at that time?
