She did not learn this in civics class? Her civics teacher failed her then because they is all a part of lobbying and she sure isn't doing well.

I laugh at those morons protesting development...as if the tens of thousands of houses built on the once pristine hills of Walnut & Diamond don't contribute to traffic. The increased traffic for the stadium will only be occasional. If Roski instead built residential housing, the increased traffic would be DAILY. And there wouldn't be 760 million dollars pumped into the local economy every year. So unless you live in a tent, you have no right to protest development.

Most are not protesting development per see or even this specific project.
Just build the on and off ramps so traffic does not back up into the through lanes on the 57-60.

Picture the traffic backed up in the right lane which comes from the 57 and eastbound 60 traffic trying to cut through the EB 57 traffic and trying to cut in line.
Think of your car as croquet ball.

She (Brigid Bjerke) represents thousands? Thousands of who or what? People who are against the stadium development? Bears? If so many people are so strongly opposed, why weren't they there with the "huge" and "overwhelming" group of protesters yesterday? How many were out there? Twelve? Fifteen?

There were more than 3000 signatures gathered opposing the stadium from the surrounding neighborhoods.

Hey Shiuh Ming, Lim Bjerke and the rest of you, I am going to pee on your lawn after the game and let you sulk in your urban slum.....

"If they build it we will come.....
We will gather like bands of Gypsies in every parking lot square inch.
We will bring offerings of booze and seared animal flesh to the football gods.
We will feast and drink from dusk til dawn. A display of decadence that has not been seen since the days Sodom and Gamora.
The grid iron will fill our hearts and our souls, and they will never be broken!
Prepare for the coming of the hoards for we are a freight train running on NFL octane and the time has come to smite our heretics and let the prophecy take it's place.
Oh yes when they build it, we WILL come.......

My god, the love fest has already begun. The team is not even here yet, and I have at least two new brethren to share in the consumation of gametime beverages along with grilled flesh of the steer and swine. Thank you Mr. Ed Ronski in advance by creating this fortuitious haven for So. Cal Football Fans."

Signatures by kids, out of towners, and people who don't speak any English signed. Most people here in Walnut do not care, or want the stadium. These nitwits are the minority and the lunatic fringe of Walnut.

I'm tired of people using traffic as a excuse. Your only going to have 8 football games out the year, 1 monday night football game ever 2 to 3 years... plus the games are on sundays at 1:00pm when the work load for drivers is real light. Alot of people don't even work on sundays. Thats mostly a kick back day.I guess i'm going to have to say this one more time for the people with brain cell problems (THIS IS NOT BASEBALL)!

If traffic backs up on the freeways it is a very dangerous situation.

You don't even know what the traffic is like now, normal traffic already sucks. Hell, it's so bad, you won't even make it to the game. Will you even go to one. Would you even afford to go to one. After reading how Roski can even attempt to bring a team in with "revenue", the average fan wouldn't even be able to attend a game. I can see it now,$30 parking,$10 hot dogs,$20 beers .....

Man I drive to diamond bar and back every other weekend and the traffic is not bad on a sunday, especially around 1:00pm. Like i said it's only 8 games every other sunday. As far as the tickets are concern,I can afford it. Worry about your own pockets and stop worrying about mine!

FALSE. The bill is not law until the 91st day following the end of the special session in which it was voted. The EIR can still be challenged by another party in State Courts. When the bill becomes law it can also be reviewed by the Court up to the US Supreme Court. You need to throttle your jets lest they burn your vertical stabilizer.

In Reply to the Incredibly Stupid "Dont be Stupid" Who Now Posts As the Incredibly Stupid "Dont Be Pontificating":

"The EIR can still be challenged by another party in State Courts."
How so, stupid? From CEQA:
15112. Statutes of Limitations
(a) CEQA provides unusually short statutes of limitations on filing court challenges to the approval of projects under the Act.

(b) The statute of limitations periods are not public review periods or waiting periods for the person whose project has been approved. The project sponsor may proceed to carry out the project as soon as the necessary permits have been granted. The statute of limitations cuts off the right of another person to file a court action challenging approval of the project after the specified time period has expired.

(c) The statute of limitations periods under CEQA are as follows:

(1) Where the public agency filed a Notice of Determination in compliance with Sections 15075 or 15094, 30 days after the filing of the notice and the posting on a list of such notices.

"You need to throttle your jets lest they burn your vertical stabilizer."
Most jets burn horizontal stabs, but you would be too stupid to know the difference.
