I am a homeless Veteran in San francisco who knows for a fact that the shelters are unsafe for older clients. This needs changing and many of the thugs need to be confronted for their behavior so I say GO FOR IT.The commuinity justice center is mostly for the most ignorant on the streets and MOSTLY the Tenderloin. The court is filled with addicts and drunks and that is the point I suppose. The only marijuana cases are folks on probation or selling on a corner(Ignorant Dangerous and WRONG).I personnaly find it necessary and OK then hope for it's future success since I know I will never be in there. Not all homeless are the same that's for sure. GOD BLESS ALL
