Why aren't cheaper-to-mass-produce 'internally-handicapped' vehicle notices/tags a priority? These problems are influence-network-relative, and the results from the influence-networking haven't been pretty or positive. UPB (PA) sets up gas-company cost increases within San Francisco CA peninsula environs and those directly affected are expected to march into UPB-linked businesses without a second thought to purchase access ramps for victims of that influence-networking?
