1601 Bar & Kitchen will be San Francisco's first Sri Lankan restaurant

Next month, 1601 Bar & Kitchen will open in SoMa. It's the brainchild of chef-owner Brian Fernando, who spent 10 years working at San Jose's fine dining French restaurant Le Papillon .

Foodcritique2010 San Jose, CA	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #5 Jan 6, 2013 Nop..no Sri Lankan restaurants in San Francisco. Just 2 an a cafe all Run by 3 unique Sri Lankan ladies. Dublin, Ca, Santa cruise, Ca and Oakland, Ca. The gem of them all being Kadupul.
