Bicyclist Involved in Fatal Accident With Pedestrian Says He Didn't Break the Law
A bicyclist who allegedly fatally struck a pedestrian in San Francisco's Castro District last week is "devastated by the accident" but believes he entered the intersection lawfully, his attorney said.

Arrogant bicyclists need to be taught a lesson, let this fatal crash be the reason. Regardless of the outcome of criminal or traffic court, the real dealio needs to come in the civil lawsuit trial, where at least one million if not more is the awarded damages to the family of the decedent.
