1 I could careless who he worked for. WRONG IS WRONG!! He is still being treated like a privileged character lucky ol' guy. If it would've been my son or your son who is of Hispanic origin he'd be sitting in jail. I say lock him up and throw that key away. He took a precious life. Sorry dude you must pay for what you've done! It should not matter where the trial is. You asked for it. No pity from me. |

If he had quaaludes, they were from 1984 when Roher stopped making them. And Honestly: That was Fat $Bill. |

Referring to what you "herd", what would that have to do with his trial? |

1 No right thinking judge in the country should consider moving a trial like this to the most corrupt county in the country. |

1 Is it really possible that his "house arrest" will also count as time served? I don't think that is at all fair, as he is not being restricted or in jail. If there are any lawyers out there to answer the question I would sure appreciate it. |

As the ads on tv state: "you drink, you get drunk, you lose."
Like gov. Blago, Fierro may be in albuq to get a t. v. show. |

How about a fourth person? A fifth person? At the rate the gossipmongers are going, the car will have been stuffed with people, probably including Billy the Kid and Michael Jackson. What bothers me is that the trial isn't until September. Does pre-trial discovery really take that long, and is the docket really that full? Geez... |

1 Sadly, I believe the answer is yes. Look at the Police Blotter each day. |

2 He's no celebrity. I get a kick out of the radio news calling Fierro a prominent Santa Fe attorney. I hope that Judge Vigil's heart doesn't decide to hemorrhage when it comes time to sentence this jerk. |
