Guilty, Guilty, Guilty.

Fierro:

Man up and plea guilty. Fighting these charges only reinforces your immage as a POS.

The rumor is that our governor was in the back seat. What do investigative reporters have to say about that?

They have nothing to say about that. It's funny how these things are kept quiet. It amazes me that Journalists scream about their rights to free speach, but keep these things secret. It will be interesting to see the outcome of this.

The Gov would never be at Willies without EVERYONE seeing him and talking about him. C'mon people - that rumor is OLD and totally unfounded! This is how rumors start - ignorant people!

That is utter Baloney & an unfounded, vicious. untrue, ugly rumor. A drunk Fierro & his cop friend had been bar hopping. If Richardson had been with them it would not have been a secret.

I have read that allegation many times on this forum. Knowing how sleazy politics can be in New Mexico it is very possible that those rumors are true. It is also very possible that they are nothing but trumped up lies spread by those multitudes who hate Bill Richardson.
Rumor has it that our current President was not born in the United States. I do not like the man, did not vote for him and will not vote for him. Buuut... those "rumors" are just a smear campaign and the people behind them are evil, idiotic imbeciles. If you want to know why no media outlet has reported the rumors of Richardson being present with this drunk when he killed Tenorio just ask them. They all have phone numbers email addresses and front doors. As for me, I doubt the rumors are true. Richardson is a corrupt politician and I don't support him but the idea sounds ridicules. Why would this guy be crammed up in some little car with a couple of drunken good 'ol boys when he could be "stylin" his way home in the back of a limo with one arm wrapped around some hottie and the other wrapped around a bottle of champagne?!?!
Richardson is sleazy but he's not stupid.

No doubt this guy is guilty but I guess he is going to try to get off on a technicality. Even if he has to make one up with his lawyer. The lawyers do this all the time even though their client is guilty.

Well said. If Richardson had been with them every phone camera in the bar's Fierro & his cop buddy drank at that night would have have had dead batteries from overuse. A picture like that would have been worth $$$$$ to the press! Also, dumb Richardson is not. How people can think there is a cover up involving Richardson simply is beyond me.

Fierro killed a man while in a drunken stupor, then fled the scene like the coward he is. He needs the book thrown at him.

This "thang" fierro is planning on hiding behind the legalities and loop-holes his attorney can muster-up in this sad case.
fierro looks plump, well-nourished, and encased in a nice pressed clown suit. He has apparently been sleeping comfortable at home, doing his thing and the family of the victim has lost sleep, suffered untold grief and pain over their loss, William Tenorio...

It would be nice to see justice actually work for a change. We toughened up the vehicular homicide laws since Gordon House killed his victims. Lets see if the system works this time. My prediction...
Since he is obviously guilty and many witnessed his crime and saw him flee the scene I'd saw there is actually a 50/50 chance he will get convicted. Sad odds but better than usual in The Land of Enchantment.

And this is how cover-ups start. We have the right to know what our civil servants are doing.

Maybe he needs to go back to Mexico, I have no idea. But I do know you need to get some sense into your head. How can you go through life being so stupid?

Lovato is being charged - his trial is not until later - forgot what the date was. He's just as guilty, if not more since he has a legal obligation as a policeman to stop people from drinking and driving! Nor did he stop and render aide, which is part of his legal obligation as a cop! Both of these guys are LOSERS!!

Here's a better idea. Why don't you and your prejudice go back to the European slums your family abandoned?

The defense is also going to say, the pedestrian was ‘J’ walking and drunk and should have been watching out for on coming traffic. I’m afraid this situation works both ways. We also need to be watchful for people on all sides. If Carlos wouldn't have been drunk he would have notice Tenorio tempting to cross the street.

Getting behind the wheel drunk, driving carelessly and speeding then hitting a pedestrian and killing him is not a crime? He is crazy; the jury is not going to buy that!
Besides being an attorney himself he and the cop with him should have known better!
No exuse whatsoever!

Daily Horoscope for December 20

Sagittarius

Once again, the domestic atmosphere isn't exactly peaceful. Someone is still all worked up, and you may have come out in sympathy by now. Try to discuss things with as much objectivity as you can muster, otherwise, with Mars now retro, the conversation will soon disintegrate into a bad-tempered spat or a slanging match in which you try to catch one another out. It's important to clear the air.
