Ive called 911 before, at night, about bees swarms, attached to a tree in my front yard that was as big as washing machine. Huge. Attached to several tree limbs.
One big blob of bees.

And the police said that: "There is nothing we can do, you'll have to call a beekeeper or exterminator tomorrow".

They do not have any kind of emergency response for bees.

My parents who live in San Elizario had the same situation a couple of years ago in their property, and the Sheriff's department told us the exact same thing. I guess the "Cotton Eyed Joe" restuarant was too comfortable to leave, and the San Eli volunteer fire department pick and choose which families are in their "good ole boy" network, much less go help this elderly couple.

A big swarm of bees could attack children in a school playground and the police department would just let them die.

Oh, they can tap our phones looking for terrorists,
and seach us at every corner without a warrant,
stop our cars while we are trying to get to work on time, looking for Insurance papers,
but bees..........

"well, we arent prepared for bees."

We've spent all the overtime pay for traffic stops so we dont have any money to protect us from other things.
We all dont live in the dessert. The lower and upper valley is farm land, trees, rivers/canals and BEES.
