Honestly, this lady is a joke!! I hate the fact that she has favoritism towards apartments! There's people who live there and they never sleep there while others out there really need one! I also know this lady talks about all her tenants so Im glad I didnt apply to get one. I heard she comments on everyone who applies.Its a shame to have people like her run these apartments. There are good people out there who need one and with her its only who u know!! One last thing, im assuming she is unhappy cuz she is so fat she cant even got off that chair lmao!! I didnt think this lady was like this but oh well...its expected, fat peeps=unhappiness :))

So true...I hated living there cuz she's always on top of everyone's gossip. She's a nosey lady. If u havent realized the chula vista r the best looking apartments in san diego so she is most likley doing something right i used to live there and never not once did i ever have problems with her she always left me letters for inspections when they were gonna send to change the filters and pest control sadley i had to move out bc god blessed with my own house so i no longer have to count on gov asst.. But i thank her for everytime she understood why i was late on rent or whatever problems i had!! I was a teen mom doing it on my own while going to college n she helped me the entire way god bless u linda
