I understand where you are coming from. The problem of not imprisoning brain addled zonked out potheads for possession of "the Devil's weed" is that, more often as not, they go on to commit even more serious crimes. Here is a link to the sad story of a "typical American family", telling of their downward spiral into the fiery pits of Hell after spending their last taxpayer funded $Dollar on "drug paraphernalia" that is commonly used to smoke mind rotting pot.

Yes. What you mean is not that I provide no credible sources. What you mean is that I provide no credible sources that agree with your own wrongful "opinions".

he didnt really "campaign" on that, but he did SAY that in 09' when president.
then he realized how close the election would be and one of his advisers came up with a brilliant plan to subjegate an entire states medical marijuana patient population to oppressive measures, like the current crack down on cultivation and dispensation.... I realize the nuance(youd call it a hypocracy)
but romney wont be EVEN saying anything positive about patients, as he(like many pols in both parties) is still the "hate hate" mind set when it comes to medicine you can grow in your yard.
Ill remind you that california was in tha bag for Obama automatically, so he can get away with this without it EVER being a campaign liability. sneaky....but hell get his on this subject.
he is after all the first president who actually sold weed.
clinton was the first to inhale.
if ron paul had won the nomination this would be a difefent debate wed be having.....but he didnt.
and that leads to my final point.
unlike the republicans who automatically vote their own self interest?? I vote for the greater good.
Obamas economic plan is much more palatable whan romneys.
the romney ryan plan(or should I say ryan /romney)
is like any other jobs proposal that republicans have proposed since taking over congress two years ago.
tax cuts for the wealthy on the backs of the middle class.....
and less regulation for all you corporations.....
and a huge NEW dose of regulation for everybody else(esp women)
Clinton smoked pot but 'did not' inhale is what he said and we have no proof that he did. If obama sold weed, you think he'd want competition, especially from the states? Thankfully the nutter Ron Paul didn't get very far or he would've legalized crack and PCP. Obama's economic plan is much more palatable you say? Well when will he start that because with his failure as an economist, 88 million people are out of work! And I agree with you the republicans do serve their own interests as well as the democrats, NONE of them work for we the people anymore.

Yes. We are all familiar with the recent occasion when the African dominated, led, and controlled, Democrat *(Big)* party activists assembled in convention voted in overwhelming numbers against God. It might do well for us to heed Samuel's prescient vision he had of our own time. Almost 3500 years ago Samuel wrote thus:

"And it came to pass, when Samuel was old, that he made his sons judges over Israel." (1 Samuel 8:1)

"And his sons walked not in his ways, but turned aside after lucre, and took bribes, and perverted judgment." (1 Samuel 8:3)

"Then all the elders of Israel gathered themselves together, and came to Samuel unto Ramah," (1 Samuel 8:4)

"And said unto him, Behold, thou art old, and thy sons walk not in thy ways: now make us a king to judge us like all the nations." (1 Samuel 8:5)

"But the thing displeased Samuel, when they said, Give us a king to judge us. And Samuel prayed unto the LORD." (1 Samuel 8:6)

"And the LORD said unto Samuel, Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, that I should not reign over them." (1 Samuel 8:7)

"According to all the works which they have done since the day that I brought them up out of Egypt even unto this day, wherewith they have forsaken me, and served other gods, so do they also unto thee." (1 Samuel 8:8)

"Now therefore hearken unto their voice: howbeit yet protest solemnly unto them, and shew them the manner of the king that shall reign over them." (1 Samuel 8:9)

"And Samuel told all the words of the LORD unto the people that asked of him a king." (1 Samuel 8:10)

"And he said, This will be the manner of the king that shall reign over you: He will take your sons, and appoint them for himself, for his chariots, and to be his horsemen; and some shall run before his chariots." (1 Samuel 8:11)

"And he will appoint him captains over thousands, and captains over fifties; and will set them to ear his ground, and to reap his harvest, and to make his instruments of war, and instruments of his chariots." (1 Samuel 8:12)

"And he will take your daughters to be confectionaries, and to be cooks, and to be bakers." (1 Samuel 8:13)

"And he will take your fields, and your vineyards, and your oliveyards, even the best of them, and give them to his servants." (1 Samuel 8:14)

"And he will take the tenth of your seed, and of your vineyards, and give to his officers, and to his servants." (1 Samuel 8:15)

"And he will take your menservants, and your maidservants, and your goodliest young men, and your asses, and put them to his work." (1 Samuel 8:16)

"He will take the tenth of your sheep: and ye shall be his servants." (1 Samuel 8:17)

"And ye shall cry out in that day because of your king which ye shall have chosen you; and the LORD will not hear you in that day." (1 Samuel 8:18)

88 million??

if you include kids and retirees??

sources please?

only a total idiot puts a joint to his mouth and cant inhale...

nobody i know believed that bs clinton told us.....it is the epitome of denial. I mean he admitted on TV that he was a liar anyways.

just like we know Obama sold eighths of weed to his friends like many people do.

it comes down to republicans not having a good economic education...

wealth is created by middle class demand, not tax cuts for the wealthy....

the 1 percenters have offshored 50 trillion....

if that isnt wealth concentration?? then I dont know what is??

capitalism doesnt work for the masses, that is why we have had direct capital injection and higher taxes on the wealthy throughout the height of the progressive area...

the funniest repubs are the tea baggers who work for the government....and there are more than a few up here.(because of all the governemnt land)

they come home from their socialist jobs and bitch (in sync) with the faux news programs about how the country has gone to hell because of socialist programs(that feed their jobs)

they wouldnt even live up here in this paradise if it wernt for the socialist lake and the socialist road that they built to let the rest of america enjoy this place(in 1967).

in my tiny isloated town of 200, right now, there are romney supporters working daily on augmenting the pylons of a "bridge to nowhere" just to keep people working on stim funds.

there was NOTHING wrong with the old pylons.

to those workers who support romney?? I say ,.....talk about biting the hand that feeds ya???

I agree. The Feds are beginning to seize properties that rich landlords are renting to illegal "medical" pot pushers. If they begin seizing properties that are owned by those who are growing illegal "medical" drugs for "private" "medical" use thereon, selling them could in some small way help reduce the Obama deficit.

Well now, I think you just answered my question to another poster. You are religious. I was religious at one time until I realized that the apostle Paul was a false prophet. Paul had a problem with women, male prostitution, run-away slaves and authority. Not only that, those that knew Jesus personaly, didn't like Paul either.

Exactly. A primary difference between the "Liberal" religion and that of the Christian is that the Christian religion teaches that man is fallen. Even so, the good man aspires to the higher, mere mortal man though he might be. Adherents to the "Liberal" religion, on the other hand, celebrate every downward progression of fallen man. The Bible probably puts it best:

"The vile person shall be no more called liberal, nor the churl said to be bountiful." (Isaiah 32:5)

" For the vile person will speak villany, and his heart will work iniquity, to practise hypocrisy, and to utter error against the LORD, to make empty the soul of the hungry, and he will cause the drink of the thirsty to fail." (Isaiah 32:6)

No one other than Democrats *(Big)* like tax collectors. They are the vilest of the vile. In the case of Paul, however, he saw the light on the road to Damascus and abruptly changed his ways.
