1- Dinner in Old Town at a Mexican Restaurant.
2- A day at Imperial Beach or Mission Beach.
3- The San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, Legoland.

Dentsun4228, those are great things to do and I wish they were free.

I think Balboa park is one of the best places to go for free if you enjoy art, agriculture and culture. Don't have to pay for parking and some of the best things to see are free.

sorry, I missed the "FREE" part of your thread title. Honestly, besides the beaches, I can't think of much you can do for free in San Dawg.
