Search for Masked Gunman in Fatal Normal Heights Shooting

Police are searching for a gunman who was wearing a black wrestler's mask when he shot an 18-year-old man to death in Normal Heights.

he was good. it may have been gang related or drug related but he was one of the really good kids in the neighborhood.
