This is the worst experience I ever had in my life. Do not use this company as your escrow company as the escrow officer has no sense of communication.
They do not respond to your emails, do not pick your calls and you can not do any thing since you have signed with them already. My escrow officer was Andrea Corral.

I have worked with this company. They did the job but the customer service was worst.

I am a Real estate Broker and I have been in the business for many years. I have completed thousand of transactions over the years . I thought I had seen it all but today was a new day in my book, I have a transaction going right now that is ready to close and I had to use this title company that Fannie Mae uses. Its Lawyers title in Riverside CA 92506 First of all they should change there name to lairs title!!! the service was so bad that you can't even get them to answer the phone. The bank had everything ready to go to docs 4 days ago and all they needed was a HUD1 amened that should have took no more then 2 minutes to fix. All they had to do was remove two items off the form. The way they it was it said to charge the buyer $400 dollars for what they called a "Misc Buffer " there is no such thing as a misc buffer the loan is a VA loan and VA does not allow garbage fees and that is what it is just a way to rip of the buyer!! On the forth day and with five different people calling and emailing them they finely took it off. It took them a hole 60 sec to do! so Then the bank pulled out all stops and got out the docs to title in southern cal in two hours (record time) everyone know that it was getting down to 3 days to close and the buyers were going to be homeless if we couldn't close by then. She keep coming up with lies after lies after lies.So guess what we didn't close by the end of the month!!. By then we were willing to do what ever it took to close by the next day. We were told no problem. All she had to do was fax off the copied docs to the Bank. So the bank could fund the loan. After waiting all day she still hadn't taken 5 min out of her time to fax off the docs and at the end of the day she told me. "it was never going to close by the week end" and hung up on me!! she blamed everyone else the other agent ,me the bank but all she had to do was look in the mirror and she would see the problem!! So now they are home less and living out of a uhall not knowing when it will close!! Now that I have time. I have been going back and looking at the HUD1 and she ran another HUD1 though after the one VA and Wells Fargo approved it and put the garbage fee back on!! I will wait to they close the deal witch could be days from now the way they work. Then I will file complaints with HUD and VA for RESPA violations and hang there buts out to dry!! So if you have a real estate transaction to close and you want to be over charged, ripped off, delayed for ever, and down right LIED TO use "Liars title" One thing for sure I have close over four thousand transactions in my career and have never experience anything like it and that's who our government " Fannie Mae "uses excursively no wonder its so screwed up!!!!!
