Drunken driver gets 55 years for crash that killed fiance, fetus

SANTA ANA a ' A Laguna Hills man who crashed into a tree in San Clemente while under the influence of alcohol, killing his pregnant girlfriend and her unborn 5-month-old fetus, was sentenced to 55 years to life in state prison today.
