I went into this store looking for a bargain and was thoroughly disgusted by the utter lack and disregard for customer service. The front receptionist was unknowlegeable and downright rude when aswering my questions. He acted as if I was bothering his nap time. Why an owner of a store would position such a person at the front of the store is beyond me.
