The right wing fanatics suffer from their own deep seeded racial hatred, lower education, exposure, analytical abilities, and high degree of ignorance. Due to these shortcomings, they fall pray to mass manipulation of the Republican party -- to secure and grow their wealth. For example, they exploit their racist anti immigrant views to insight white America to secure votes, when in fact the Republicans want to do nothing about illegal immigrant issue --simple it is good for the business -- low cost of labor equals high profit--Republican Party is the party of big business. Employment tax from illegal labor does not need to be refunded to the worker--it is free tax revenue to the Government. The Republicans exploit the fanatics to speak out against the health care, environment or labor fairness because no matter how good it is for America, it is bad for big business bottom line. Who else can the Republicans get to make so much noise other than the most ignorant; they will never think or question it. They just get the zombies/drones trained in few word vocabulary( words most can probably not be able to spell any way) i.e. socialism, socialists, big government, lower quality health care (go figure--we are the only developed nation without public health care and 26th in quality), social welfare, government handout (where as many of them already receive one form or another welfare -- i.e. full tax refund and tax credits for being below the poverty level), Antichrist, un-American, terrorist, etc (shall I go on. It almost seems like we the rest of the community have to save these guys from themselves. I was amazed to read so many people's reactions that fits hate fanatics types described above. I could not believe the Yolo County was filled with them. I commented on that article but this paper took it off in a very short time period. The paper may have felt that my comments may be offending the stated population. However, I feel that sometimes it needs to be said the way it is so that we do get the ugliness of the out there through medium of media for all to see.

I saw an article in this paper earlier today that reported that immigrants are a net benefit to California. I was amazed to read so many people's reactions that fits hate fanatics types described above. I could not believe the Yolo County was filled with them. The independents now favor the GOP by 22 points. The generic congressional ballots have the GOP ahead by 7 points, and they ALWAYS OVERPERFORM those polls... Obama isn't trusted by a majority of the nation anymore, yep. ABC/WaPo 50% do NOT trust him, only 49% trust him. Only ONE THIRD of independents give Obama an "approval" rating on his HC handling. The rest DISAPPROVE. Obama actually LOST independent support after his speech. They don't like what they're hearing. The more the nation HEARS about HC reform, the more they DON'T LIKE IT. "it's the economy, stupid." And the liberal democrats have done absolutely nothing to stimulate jobs growth or economic growth. The NATION SAYS TAX CUTS are more of a priority. NOT HC. There are 8 senate seats on the "watch" list now. Dodd, Reid, Burris, Specter, Ohio Senate seat, Blanche Lincoln, the Colorado Seat, Boxer.... That's just for now. 63 Democrats come from areas that went for McCain. Only takes 40 to take over the house. Took 30 (?) in 1994. And the anger out there is higher now than it was in 1993 prior to the 1994 slamming the dems took. The nation is just mad enough to hand it over again. If nothing else, to stop this lunacy. THAT'S why Obama is pushing so hard. Even though the REST of us say "it's the economy, stupid." and 90% of the nation is SATISFIED with our HC system. He KNOWS, this isn't going to go over well. But the nation was here long before he was in office, and we'll be here long after he's out of office. The only person it is "now or never" for is an arrogant and immature POTUS who is making a mess of the nation by not focusing on unemployment. 6.4 million jobs lost, and he's pushing HC?
