I believe the SCOTUS decisions on Prop 8 & DOMA will be announced on June 10 or June 17 or June 24.

I expect it to be the 24th, right before the anniversary of The Stonewall Uprising (28th).

If things go against us, I hope that everyone keeps their heads.

Why??! So we can have another half century of waiting for equality. I would hope that there would be massive demonstrations that bigotry should not merely be "opinions." Let the bigots know that we are tired of waiting for them to stop oposing eqaulity.

The time of waiting around like neutered sheep waiting to be sheered (again) are over!

Thusfar, with only a few exceptions, we have had the moral highground as the civilized ones.

We really need to keep it that way.

The US Supreme Court doesn't do cheesy stuff like time decisions with Stonewall.

I can't wait until you H.R. PuffNStuffs hit reality.

For the rest of your lives you'll be looking up at the reverse Roe v Wade that Justice Antonin Scalia has already crafted.

You were set in the scales of justice and found wanting--JUST LIKE IN THE FRENCH SUPREME COURT.

That would be the San Fran trial judge (homo-sexual) who started this.

Time is almost up. This will be like the French Supreme Court: it will be carved in stone forever that, yes, indeed, blacks are superior to you.

Politics run in cycles--without the Supreme Court, not only is religion protected forever, but homosexual marriage can be banned as soon as you unleash AIDS II (homosexual-specific bacterial meningitis) upon the public.

Yes, this is what we've been waiting for ever since Boies and Olson tricked you into letting them prematurely decide your legal fate forever and ever.

We can only hope that the Supreme Court finds for thousands of GLBTs who want to be legally MARRIED. My wife and I (we are a happily-married lesbian FAMILY) will celebrate our fifth wedding anniversary this month, and it would be GREAT to have our marriage validated this way!

Why do you call yourself Patty's Boi? Do you wish you were male? Why can't you accept the fact you were born female?

I wish the Supreme Court would just toss this nonsense out so they can get on with important issues.

Judge Walker's decision and analysis was correct, and every court that has heard an appeal of this case agrees with him.

Yes, I will take that "bet".

What you have been saying is that you're going to get a homosexual Loving v VA.

That's what Meathead (Rob Reiner) sold you AIDS victims.

I'll take that bet anyday.

You're going to lose, and it will hurt as badly as when you lost in France.

No, they didn't say that, you MORON.

In fact, he retired immediately after this case in which he gave a big F U to the country.

Olson didn't want him in the Supreme Court.

Walker's last day at work was like the Jet Blue male stewardess who got hit on the head by a woman with a beehive, got the p.a. and told the plane to screw off, deployed the chute and escaped, skipped airport security and was arrested at home in bed with his boyfried.

The Supreme Court decision is going to kill him if AIDS doesn't first.

We lost France?

And, really, now one has been "sold" anything - we are a pretty realistic bunch, in general. It looks like you are pretending that gay folks expect some sweeping decision from this very split court, so that if PARTS of DOMA are overturned, but not all, YOU can still claim a hollow "victory".

Seems a bit silly to most of us.

Every positive change toward total marriage equality for gay folks is a HUGE victory, and a loss for your side, where a "loss" for our team always proves temporary.

Learn to deal with it.

What a silly and mean spirited thing to say.

But, that never stops your crowd, does it?

Why not just wait with the rest of us instead of crowing unsubstantiated victory? You have a much better chance of not looking like a fool that way.

You in on the bet, toots?

What should you losers have to do--leave the forum forever?

This is the US Supreme Court. You will lose. Religion will survive the most violent attack upon it in American history.

And you will know for the rest of your life that homosexuals aren't as good as the blacks. I've been teaching my children that and now I have proof.

That's the bet: The US Supreme Court will declare that blacks can forever look down their noses at you.

Clarence already was.

Here's a homosexual afraid of their own bet!

I know you homosexuals didn't play sports, or learn the law.

BUT THE SUPREME COURT DOESN'T SPLIT THE BABY!
