Give them hell LT. They tried the same crap with me. They pick and chose, no doubt about it. They claimed they were forced to send a case to the DA because it was mandated. Took several tries to get the DA to investigate me too, but in the end...nothing was done except stress me out...

What a dysfunctional department. It's not just in the newspaper every day, it's in every day for something different. The commom thread seems to be the senior management. This is bad for morale and will effect service. Maybe it's time for a cleanout of the top so the rest of the department that is doing their jobs faithfully can get back to doing so without the distractions.

If this keeps up it's gonna be hard to retain officers and recruit new ones. Why would any of them want to work for a department that doesn't care about them when there are so many other departments around them who need people, pay comparably, and will treat them better?

"We need a program ... for political control of our society. The purpose is physical control of the mind [of]... everyone who deviates from the given norm. The individual may think that the most important reality is his own existence, but this is only his personal point of view. This lacks historical perspective. Man "DOES NOT" have the right to develop his own mind. This kind of liberal orientation has great appeal. We must electrically control the brain. Some day armies and generals will be controlled by electric stimulation of the brain."

This has been going on for so long at SBPD. Don Soderbloom was always a ethical officer. Billdt on the other hand has not given a damn about the officers in the City. I worked with both for many years and saw how the City attorney along with Billdt and the admin of the PD will fight to discredit anyone who stands up for those that go against the corruption, embarrasses the admin by trying to expose their underhandedness or will cost the City money. I saw how when I exposed VanRossum as a rapist officer, I was suddenly accussed of crimes Billdt knew were impossible as his own investigation revealed NO evidence of any crime, and Billdt and crew committed many crimes (fabrication of evidence in search warrants etc.) with no prosecution of themselves. After 11 years exemplary service, getting shot twice by other officers and still dedicated to my job, I get framed by Billdt and the City Attorney. That's the thanks I got for my service, no retirement, nothing. Don and others who have gone through the corruption at SBPD have to stand together and topple this regime. I offer my cooperation to any agency investigating SBPD, lets get the crooks in prison where Billdt and others belong.

We will see if those that continue to try to discredit me and any others like Don Soderbloom will voice their opinions. Of course those that are loyal to Billdt and see their own promotions ahead will back him up, or they will post anonymously. We see the cowards for who they really are.

Peach, Soderbloom, Chaplain Gronewold, Rod Reynolds, the list goes on and on and on for the officers who have done nothing wrong yet have run afoul of the administration of SBPD. Some have enough years to retire, the others get nothing all because they believed in the oath they took and often reported crimes that the SBPD administration didn't want to know about. The FBI needs to look at all of those cases and the City of San bernardino owes all of them a big apology in the very least. They psychologists often talk of the stress of police work, all my stress stems from the administration, I never know when I'm going to find out something that puts me in the spotlight, and there goes my career, retirement, everything, all because of a few criminals at the top. I'm too invested to lateral and too close to my retirement to get out, if I caught Billdt in bed with a 12 yr old boy, I would have to look the other way or face being set up, some kind of honor it is to be a cop in San Bernardino. Please FBI investigate and interview all those that have gone before.

Everything being talked about and reported is true. Billdt can not go on and on saying Sgt. Joe Blow's "comments have no merrit" or "can not comment because of the law." When is something going to happen to clean up SBPD. We have officers begging for an outside agency to help us!!! Peace Officer Bill of Rights get violated, laws get violated and yet nothing changes. How can the citizens of SB and the council allow this to go on? This is not a few disgruntled cops, this is your SBPD and it must change!!

Criminal conduct should be tried in the courts, not in the media. If Don Soderbloom has evidence of wrong-doing by Chief Billdt he should allow the state agencies with authority to investigate and to prosecute to do their job. Due process cuts both ways. Every rookie and tenured officer knows that Chief Billdt is legally prohibited from publicly discussing personnel issues.

I am a retired San Bernardino Police Sergeant and am not worried about promotions or reassignments or retribution of any kind. I don't know who is right and who is wrong, and I am not taking sides since I don't know the facts. I agree, however, with Chief Billdt in opposing the use of public funds to pay for alcohol consumption by officers, except as necessary during the course of an investigation.

Recent use of the media or public opinion to advance charges or complaints against the police administration is hurting the reputation and morale of the entire police department. If Don Soderbloom or Mike Desrochers care about the rest of the officers, as they claim, they will place them ahead of their own interests. They never hesitated before to tell the media that they were not at liberty discuss certain aspects of a criminal investigation. This practice or restriction should not change when it suits your personal needs.

I think criminal conduct should always be tried in the media if it is cops on trial so we as the people can judge for ourselves the truth. we know that cops are more criminal than us

Political officials private lives are no longer private once they decide to gain a poistion that oversees the American public as a whole. By the lives of the President, Vice President, senators, congressional members, etc., being wide open, such as in the case of an actor or actress, we as American citizens have at least a general idea as to who and what these people stand for. But when it comes to police officers, we know absoutely nothing! Police officers govern people just as a senator or congressional member but in a more controlling manner. Police officers nationwide are controlling communites in more ways, yet we know absolutely nothing about these people! There are no good checks and balances here!

Step #1 to a better America is to first put into every police officer job description the requirement for a manadatory lie detector test every 3 months. This will stop police brutality, police race crimes, and possible police sex crimes on children. America you don't know anything about these people! They are human beings capable of crime just as the next person, but as a police officer they are in a position to cover up their crimes completely! Having police officers to take mandatory lie detector tests every 3 months by a by a non-city or government agency will probably result in a drop in crime by at least 30-40% in every city nationwide by the 2nd quarter!

"For the first time in history," Eleanor White writes, "one human being, from hiding, at a distance, can control the thoughts and actions of another, by way of undetectable hypnosis, using still-classified electronic technology. These devices have totally disabled the world's justice systems." A board member of CAHRA, White has compiled the collective research of its members into a 136-page report, "The State of Unclassified and Commercial Technology Capable of Some Electronic Mind Control Effects." (60) She warns that anyone with knowhow and enough money could assemble an arsenal from ordinary (but expensive) electronic equipment and be totally immune from prosecution. "Zero-evidence weapons," she says, "make revenge crimes routine and easy." In the March 2000 issue of The American Reporter, White calls for debate and controls on all manufactured MC devices.(61)

LetÂ’s say you lay traps in your house to catch mice. After a year of this practice you have failed to catch any mice. Would you continue laying traps? Probably not.

We asked them to help stop the attrocity, we wrote letters, we emailed them, we faxed them, we called them again and again.
They refuse to do anyhting to stop the attrocities. They are silent, silent because they are involved by culpability. No morals, truly immoral, without souls or conscience. They exist carefree because the public does not know their true colors. In this world there are those who are human and those whom are except for their human shape only animals. To allow the torture of people without even having the decency to denounce the spectacle is the sign of a Godless barbarian

Throughout history small but powerful groups of men have consistently felt that they alone were capable of deciding the fates of millions and throughout history they have been wrong. This great nation owes its very existence to the Principles of Freedom and Democracy.

I believe with all my heart that the United States of America cannot and will not succeed in any effort that ignores those principles. Full disclosure to the public should be made and we should proceed to save the human race altogether.

We are being manipulated by a joint human/alien power structure which will result in the total enslavement and or destruction of the human race.

The government has been totally deceived and we are being manipulated by an alien power which will result in the total enslavement and/or destruction of the human race.

We must use any and every means available to prevent this from happening.

Something else is happening which is beyond our ability to understand at this time. We must force disclosure of all the facts, discover the truth and act upon the truth.

In any case we MUST force disclosure of the truth or no matter what happens we will surely deserve it. The situation in which we find ourselves is due to our own actions or inactions over the last 44 years. It is our own fault and we are the only ones who can change it.

Through ignorance or misplaced trust we as a people have abdicated our role as the "watch dog" of our government. Our government was founded "of the people, for the people, by the people". There was no mention or intent to ever abdicate our role and place our total trust in a handful of men who meet secretly and decide our fate for us. In fact the structure of our government was designed to prevent that from ever happening. If we had done our jobs as citizens this could never have happened.

Most of us are completely ignorant as to even the most basic functions of our government. We have truly become a nation of sheep. Sheep are always eventually led to the slaughter. It is time to stand up in the manner of our forefathers and walk like men.

I remind you all, that the Jews of Europe marched to the ovens, after having been warned, believing all the while that the facts could not possibly be true. When the outside world was told of the holocaust occurring in Hitler's Europe it was not believed. I state here and now that Hitler was manipulated by these same aliens.

I have brought you the truth as I know it. I do not care what you think of me. I have done my duty and no matter what fate lies in store for me, I can truly meet my maker with a clear conscience.

When the government runs out of crimes to charge against the people, the tyrants simply secretly pass a number of civil statutes that carry severe sanctions (against which the accused has virtually no defenses or Constitutional protections), and then process the accused in a largely invisible civil ' justice ' system that is designed to lead to the imprisonment or death of the accused.
