It does not matter if you have a pinto or a hummer. SLOW DOWN PEOPLE. Moved down from Denver, there are quite a few dumb drivers in inclement weather conditions here in El Paso. Use common sense.

The rule of the road is to adjust the speed to actual road conditions. Constant law of physics are permanently at work once an object is set into motion. Inclement or water conditions always place a vehicle in the disadvantage. Don't blame the weather, or the traffic, or the other always the person behind the wheel.
