Your email notifications are very helpful to a small company needing investing.

It is so obvious that these "great" posts are from the same place, Mineral Wells, TX. Are these guys idiots???? Someone from the company puts this stuff up because of the bad reviews they are getting. I spoke with the company once and was ashamed by the conversation I had with the rep. The guy sounded as if he was un-educated about the investment business and he kept studdering like I was confusing him with simple questions. Since then, the guy will not stop emailing me and calling to leave abrasive messages!

SCAM ALERT! Breadstreet.com is a scam of the highest order. David Kent(CEO)was directly involved with S.J. Fortenberry, who ran a company he called AVM Capital Group. The FBI shut them down a few years ago and Fortenberry and company barely escaped being incarcerated. They operate out of San Angelo, TX, interestingly out of the exact same address of the old AVM Capital. Notice that most of the so-called "positive testimonials" all originate out of San Angelo. Do not give these criminals one penny! And don't fall for their "christian" approach; the last thing they are is christian.

I have found an investor and I would like to put on hold the call campaign. Please continue the service to the end of the week which is paid for. I liked Breadstreet's service and want to continue using Breadstreet's services once my company is ready for its next round of financing. Sam
Does it look odd to anyone else that all the positive comments come from the same place?

Breadstreet is definitely a bogus company. I actually gave them a chance and stayed a member for two months. But the so called investors they represent are all bogus. Half of the investors don't exist, and the other half don't know that Breadstreet is using their info. It is such a joke. Save your money!

LIES..all of it. They are bogus, there are no investors, they are a scam. Do not invest with them... you will never see your money.
The "investors" are ghosts. They will not invest, they are not investors.
[email protected] = SCAM
Although this was a difficult and costly learning experience for us, please learn from our mistakes. Do NOT Give These People a DIME.

Why would you ask for a refund and want to do business with them in the future??? Seems like a bunch of BS ... to me

Stay away.
I forked over $2500 after a conversation with their main guy who had a great pitch and came off as super confident and concerned. For that price I was going to get their full attention and focus and 10--guaranteed!--qualified investors.
I knew if I could have those conversations I'd have a shot. If they said "No" that was OK with me, as long as they were decent prospects.

Two months later I left with another lesson learned about con-artists and my wallet $2500 lighter.
Breadstreet (BS) claims to be able to put you in touch with accredited investors interested in the sector of your specific project.

They're not. For all I know they could have been names taken out of the phone book. I didn't get call backs, for one thing, and the few people I did talk to seemed to not know a thing about my project and responded as if I was from some other planet.

I tried to get my money refunded but of course BS used the contract like a hammer and showed no integrity whatsoever.

Stay away from these guys at any level or just put your money in a garbage can and get the same results.

I can understand why Topix.com would keep the fraudulent comments from "Testify" (and its multiple personalities) up for SEO reasons, but I feel compelled to point out that the obvious shills are obvious.

Breadstreet.com is an unethical business run by David Kent. For 2 years now, the company and I have had been at odds on services that were never rendered after payment was made. Their contractual agreement will keep you from ever seeing a dime after they take your money and you do not get what you paid for.

The company claims to have a database of investors, but I later find out the company has no such list, and is cold calling prospects just prior to a call from me to discuss a high quality private placement.

My disagreements were eventually heard in arbitration and I was awarded a judgement against Breadstreet.com . Payments have come to me for the past 6 months, but have ceased recently as the company continues to avoid honoring a judgement where $1600 is still due to me.

You should avoid using this service at all costs as the company is a complete sham and about as unethical as I have ever come across in my 20 years in the investment industry...

Daniel Asner, I would love to contact you and your lawyer about arbitration and the process, I am not being contacted after paying and would like to start legal action against BS.

David Kent and Breadstreet should not be allowed to conduct business in Texas or any other state. David is clearly the snake oil salesman of old. Breadstreet is clearly a scam--he got me and my company.

What a scam! After giving then 5000.0 dollars we received a list of investors. The list was a who's who in the obituaries. Found out all names on the list were dead. Then received a call from the FBI. The indicated they have been watching Mr. David Kent for some time and wanted all out details of interaction with this guy. Indicated we would never see the 5K but this guy was going to jail. Breadstreet is a complete fraud.
