Just keep letting developers build and people move there for the tax base. There is no more water unless it falls from the sky or is trucked in t high costs. Two lakes dry and Nastywater getting there with Ivie near record lows. Robert Lee should be the red flag for the city but all they see is green dollars from taxes.
