W M's employees just want the same respect all of the other waste disposal companies have given to their employees. This is to come to the bargaining table and bargain in good faith. All waste management has to do is to agree to do the right and this could all end.The right thing is not complicated, it's just to open the door of communication and not slam it in its employees face.It seems simple enough, just agree to go back to the bargaining table and we can all get our garbage and recycling picked up. Please stop Bullying your employees as well as your customers Waste Managment.
