Samburg has NOTHING! If you have money and can afford it lake drive has ALOT of nice houses and spots of land to buy right on the lake. Beautiful would love to live there. But VERY expensive! Tiptonville has a school but honestly I would wanna live there. seems like its goin down bad. Dont know much about the churches in samburg accept the fact that they are all small so dont think there is much activites goin on in them. Winter weather isnt to bad. But all in all Samburg itself is a slum whole. Alot of trash. If you move there good luck!

i agree if you stay away from the trash then you will be fine. there are many great people there and as far as activities go there are as many as can be expected in that small of a town. i grew up going to the Assembly of God church and the youth group is pretty active in the community and the youth pastor B.J. Cohn is amazing at putting together activities. if you have teenagers there is a meth problem but from what i've seen the epidemic is all over the country. just keep your children in church and keep an eye on who they hang out with. i believe the town is trying to revitalize. they have put up new playground equipment at the park so the children now have a decent place to play. i wouldn't have wanted to grow up anywhere else. the lake is great and most of the people are great and friendly.

Samburg is not located in Lake County. It is in Obion County and to my knowledge there is not a website.
From experience, I can tell you...real estate is overpriced - utilities(water/garbage/sewage ) rate is MUCH more than it is in surrounding towns. It is just like any other small town - you have your decent, good people and then you have your trash. The city board is starting to do some things like adding new playground equipment to the park and a few other things.
The only real downfall is the overpricing on real estate and utilities.

24 years was a long time ago and things haved changed- things change from year to year- so i really don't think your opinion is valuable.

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Taurus

Someone gets in a bit of a muddle today and it could take some unravelling. For instance, they might get their wires crossed, leading to all sorts of misunderstandings. You might also encounter someone who is trying to rewrite history, perhaps because they can't bear to remember things as they really were. Should you set them straight or leave well alone?
