No disparaging remarks are needed. Wiley and Wilson agreed to cough up 100K, which is the same as agreeing they did shoddy work.

Wiley and Wilson can say all they like about Middlesex, but the truth remains, the firm agreed to cough up 100K to help make up for its shoddy work.

Would love to sit in on future board discussions of Wiley and Wilson's next bid for a courthouse job - an exercise in audacity, I should think.
