Maybe you people should attend the court hearing. The statement will say, young Montgomery hit my daughter in the rear-end and broke her nose and caused other injuries. Mr. Montgomery appeared to be more upset over his truck then the fact that his son and passenger were safe.Mr. Montgomery was told several times to be guiet while Officer Brickey was trying to do his job and unlike me, he didnt listen.So, people,get your facts straight before you judge and dont use this as ameans to go after the police.The police was just doing his job and I'm thankful that my small grandchildren were not with their mother and no one else was hurt and so should Mr.Montgomery!
