Don't you hate that feeling when your pet wolf masturbates to pictures of naked cats.

Would you believe one of them coming to your house and asking you "why were you looking at me when you were back there walking across the street?" It happened. Crazy. If they would stop worrying about the kids letting off fireworks and concentrate more on real crimes then maybe some things would get accomplished around here.

Kids letting off fireworks is a crime according to the state code of Va. section 27-100. So it's real crime they're concentrating on.

Just informing you that's a crime also. So is a barking dog. If it barks too much it's considered a nuisance under the town code. Wait till you see the new litter ordinance.

kids letting off fireworks is kids being kids. why did it take 3 attempts to charge the kids with a viable fine? cops had to dig up an obscure VA fire code to charge them with. AFTER they were told they couldnt be charged with anything, and they DID NOTHING ILLEGAL. That is what they were told by the police. SO...walking across the road is a crime now????? that was my point the whole time in the previous post anyways. STUPID.

as far as doing nothing illegal why are you complaining about charges being brought? just look at the smyth county court website ans find names i bet you see a guilty verdict.

Look up case # GC12007596-00 or GC12007595-00 on the Va courts web site and see there are guilty charges. If you're over 18 it's a matter of public record. Used to be the Smyth County News published court information.
