Saltville ambulances can't be confiscated, judge rules

Prosecutors cannot seize the ambulances and other property of a Southwest Virginia volunteer rescue squad after its acquittal on charges of health care fraud, a federal judge has ruled.

The question now is how much money is the squad going to pay for his fines ! I would bet they pay most or all of it ..... he still controls the squad an the ppl runnin it !
