A member of the Saltsburg Council is a real bad as-. He pulls a gun on a minor and gets charged with a crime and he is still on borough council...for real??? So the big ED was charged for pulling a gun on a child and then lost his whole job when they found out and his wife works at the town bank.. They tried to keep this hush, hush, but not in the little town of Saltsburg. But the Bigger FACT is that he is still on council and still the Emergency Managemebt Director for the town. Why yes ED you can apply for the ARD program, but you still did it, and still on council, making decisions for the residents of the town...How does that work..., Right, you dont work cause you were fired for threats with a weapon...Does one get to keep his weapons now that he has been charged with a violent crime...??mmmm, I would have to think not...but he is still making decisions for our town.. OHHH yeah, cause he used the same attorney as the boro solicitor..mmm funny again.. Come on ED, make us some wise decisions for the town, or threaten us!!

Well, I would have to guess that he should step down from his post. What example does he show to the boro. Pointing a gun at a child would not be that good example to our youth. Yet he is an active "know it all" at the fire department in town. Guess he has nothing else to do now cause he has no JOB. The boro should re-look at the circumstances surronding the incident and ask him to resign for the best interest of the boro!

Yes, I think something sould be done with this Man. He is telling the residents what they should do and now he does something that he should not have. As for the fire department, I did hear that he left for a while cause of problems with his brother being the chief or something and they didnt talk, but now back as one of the chosen one I hear. Guess you have to be an as- to be one of the chosen at the local fire dept. Next they will be packin guns beside their fire hose...!

it was a GUN. He was FIRED. for this act!!! Enough to be FIRED, then enough to resign from COUNCIL...! PERIOD.. He was charged, and pled guilty, now applying for ARD, so truth is, FIRED after many, many years in teaching, so they thought it was enough...!
As for running the town, we all know that the Wagners run the town...So they try, as for Kratevetsky's, well heard they won a major lawsuit filed on the casino in West Virginia where she fell and couldn't work...What a JOKE.

Saltsburg man accused of terrorizing teen

A Saltsburg man will be charged with making terroristic threats after an altercation last night at 400 Point Street in Saltsburg.

State police say Roy Ramsden Jr., for whom no age is given, threatened a 17-year-old boy while brandishing a pistol. The gun was seized by police and charges will be filed with District Judge Jennifer Rega.
