Hi,

I just purchased a lot in Salton City. Can anyone help with an approximate idea of how much permits and fees are to connect utilities? Electric, sewer, water. Thank you.

Of maybe someone could point me in the direction of who to contact? I'm not sure which utility companies to contact. Thank you in advance.

If your land is within Salton city limits your power company would be the same as mine, the Imperial Irrigation District or IID for short. The water company is Coachella Valley water district or CVWD for short. Both have websights with contact information. Welcome to the neighboorhood!

Michael , thank you for the reply. Helped a great deal. Water meters aren't cheap eh. I'll say hi when I finally get down there.
