What is the living conditions around the city. And is the sea clean enough for children to swim in?
Thinking about moving there and have grand-kids that will visit from time to time.
Information would be helpful. Thanks.

I bought a home there in 2009 and find living there is excellent. The utility costs are low and most housing units are less then ten years old. There are no major shopping malls close by. (the closest is about a half hour away). There are local smaller markets and gas stations and a casino. I enjoy it there so much I intend to retire there. As for the sea, it still requires alot of clean up. I have seen people in there but very limited to the northern shore where it appears cleaner. Hope this helps in your decision. Any specific questions not answered here please write them back and I'll try and answer them.
