Wondering who would like to start a petition in the salt rock area for a walking track. To far to always go to bville park to run. Like to have a place around our area

I'm not sure how you would start it. I'm sure just a regular petition with people signing it, but where to take it after that would be the tricky part. I wonder if you could take it to the states attorney generals office?
