Not sure this makes sense. There are religious organizations that are more accepting of women. Why not join one of those instead of trying to change the Mormon Church?
It is obvious from the beginning of the Mormon Church that women are not valued. How else can one justify plural marriage?
If it were not for the United States government challenging the Mormons on this in the early years of the churches history, plural marriage would still be in existence.
It is obvious that the Mormon Church, just like the Catholic Church and many other Protestant Churches value men over women.
Instead of trying to change minds, just go elsewhere.
If these churches lose enough women to other organizations, they will either die out or change.
Sometimes voting with one's feet is much more effective.
